House Of Noor
A Note from Our Founder
The Inspiration Behind House of Noor
House of Noor came to me at a time when I needed it most.
It's easy to get caught up in the busyness of everyday life and forget that we each carry our own light. I found myself wondering what would happen if we leaned into community. What if we created a space where people could move, learn, create, and simply spend time together?
As I've grown older and moved across cities, and even countries, in pursuit of work, I've come to realize that community doesn't just happen. It takes intention. It takes people willing to open their doors, share their stories, and show up for one another.
House of Noor is my attempt to build that kind of place. A place where people can lift each other up, share what they know, and grow together. A place where everyone has something to teach, and everyone has something to learn.
Named after my late grandmother, Sharifah Noor, House of Noor is my way of honoring the people and experiences that have shaped me. It's a reminder that caring for ourselves and for one another is one of life's greatest gifts.
Whether you come for a yoga class, an art exhibition, a workshop, or simply to meet new people, I hope you'll find a place where you feel welcome, seen, and inspired. There's so much we can learn from one another, and I hope this becomes a place you'll want to return to again and again.
Welcome to House of Noor. We hope you'll stay awhile.
